How do you tighten the serpentine belt, serpentine belt diagram?

I am attaching the info needed for the belt routing.
However here are a couple guides that will help with doing this as well. Basically the tensioner is what tightens the belt so if it is not getting tight, you either have the wrong belt or the tensioner has failed.
