I was also wondering what exactly does the enginr vacuume do for the engine and is there or could there be another name for it that im not sure of

Engine vaccum is what runs your air flow in the cab, helps assisting braking, and runs your MAP sensor. Also it is what sucks in the air causing the engine to run, it is a very important thing.

There is no special name for it just vaccum
