Daytime Running Lights

We are moving to Canada, where they require having Daytime Running Lights in order to move your car, legally. This vehicle is a 1999 Ford Explorer XLT 4X4, 6 cylinder, 124,000 miles, Automatic Engine. It does not have the Daytime Running Lights. How can we place the Daytime Running Lights on this vehicle? We need a type of plan or outline that we can follow, step by step, to make this change successful? One with pictures would help. We are needing this information rather urgently. Thank you for your help and time.

You sure its a requirement by law-The only thing I know, when I went thru the Alaska/Canada Hwy 3 times is to have your lights On at all times or maybe lights at all time doesn't matter whether its day or night/city/country/surburban areas anywhere. Lights has to stay On.

What's the difference between a sensor and the touch of your fingers to have a light. Remember all cars don't have DRL system. New or Old.

Even with cars that don't come with seat belts have exemption for not wearing one.
