Both my rear power windows went out within a week of each other. I think I saw in the Ford manual that they are both on the same fuse. Is it possible that the fuse is blown or could both windows have failed around the same time. P.S. I haven't found the fuse box yet.

Here is what you should do!
Open the panel and look on the regulator bar, the vertical bar, the one with the cable slide on it, and identify if the top bar has a wheel on it. If you have a slide bar, you have a defective regulator. There should be two wheels, one on top and one on the bottom.
Ford invested some where who did not put a wheel on the top, that caused window got stuck. It's defective parts, but unfortunately, Ford did not want to pay for it.
The only way to tell if your car has this problem is using your hand to hit on the window while you have the other hand to push the button up and down. If it roll while you hit the window, you definitely have a defective window regulators. Both of my windows has this problem. Mine is also "2003 Explode". There are too many problem on this vehicle. I can't relign on this car any longer.
