My 2001 ford explorer sport, when I press the gas it hesitates and want pick up speed, it use to pick up slowly but now soon as the car gets warm it starts hesitating and when u hit da breaks to pull over it kills, and to start it u have to turn it over like three or four times before it will even start, I have done a complete tune-up, changed egr val, and put in a new fuel pump and fuel filter still with the same problem. Can yall please help me, dont knw what else to do.

Lack of acceleration, chugging, hesitating, bogging etc. Could be caused by one of the following below.

Inspect and test all the following listed below and get back with some results

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
