Ran fine . Went to start and wont crank. not even at shaft

Do you mean you can't turn the crankshaft even with something like a breaker bar? If that is the case, remove the spark plugs to see if coolant has filled one of the cylenders and caused hydrostatic lock. It may have a bad head gasket.
