Do you have to take your dashboard off to get to the blower motor? If not where is the access?

No open the hood and follow these instructions.
BLOWER MOTOR & FAN Removal & Installation 1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove speed control servo from its mounting and position out of way. Remove coolant/washer reservoir mounting bolts and position it aside. 2. Disconnect blower motor cooling tube from blower motor. Disconnect harness connector. Remove 4 blower motor mounting plate attaching screws. Remove blower motor and wheel from evaporator assembly. To install, reverse removal procedure.
