2000 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i just changed my blower motor and the air blew for one day out of front vents now air blowing through defrost only on any setting

You are dealing with a vacuum leak. The vent doors are actuated by vacuum. If there is a leak, defrost is a default setting. Check under the dash for leaks. If you are lucky, with the engine on, you may hear a hissing sound.
