2000 Ford Explorer back doors won't open

We just bought this 4-door and for some reason the 2 back doors won't open at all. Could it be a child lock something like a sensor! Please help, we can't afford to take it to the dealership!

Did you try all door lock switches? Did you talk to the person that sold you the vehicle? My info didn't show a child lock. Any codes? If you want to check some wiring circuits, holler?
