My check engine light came on so I took my car to my mechanic. He has had the car for 3 days (today is the 4th). He replaced the "oxygen sensor" believing this was the problem. It did fix the problem. Now he is telling me the entire computer may have to be replaced.
Does this sound like a possibility? He said he was still checking all the wires.
