1997 Ford Explorer engine wont crank

Battery is fully charged, When key is turned Dash lights dim, relay clicks but starter motor doesnt crank.

Load test the battery if okay -start checking the starter, starter relay, neutral safety switch and ignition switch.

seems that it is the red wire going to the starter itself. Trouble is its a 4 x4 and I can get at it. I dont have a ramp or Pit.

I wiggled the wire and it started, I suspect there is a short somewhere on it .
