Doors will not lock from anywhere other than rear lock/unlock button by rear cargo hatch including key fob. will unlock from all positions including key fob.

I just finished fixing the same problem. The answer is a bad connection. You'll find it under the rear driver's side seat. I took off the whole trim panel that covers the car jack (the big one not the hatch in it). Also removed the small back seat. You'll need to locate a pink wire with a yellow stripe and find where it branches off (close to where it gets to the outside edge of the vehicle and makes a 90 degree corner the front). At this point I found some corrosion. Cut the connection, cut out the corroded section and re-splice.
