i just recently bought a 1994 ford explorer and noticed that when i was driving it if i gave it gas it would rev up to 2500 to 3000 rpm and then it seemed like it would catch. i was driving home from work and i could barely get it to move at all. now when i put it in gear you can let the clutch out and it just idles. it doesnt try to move at all. the only time you feel or hear anything is when you shift from 1st to reverse. i have no idea whats wrong with it.
