On my 1994 ford explorer I 've replaced the brakes, calipers, rear shoes, master cylinder, power booster and bled the brakes, and yet

The pedal goes down to the floor and makes a noise and pulls to the right is there anything left beside the abs pump to change, the abs light goes off after engine starts

The ABS shouldn't cause the pedal to go to the floor. Are the rear brakes properly adjusted? Have you checked the rubber brake hosed to the caliper? I've see them expand.
