1991 Ford Explorer 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

MY FORD EXPLORER 91 WAS IN THE PARKING LOT WHEN I SAW ALL THE TRANSMISSION OIL IN THE FLOOR ,I REFILL WITH OIL AND THE SAME THE OIL WAS IN THE FLOOR.WHAT HAPPENED?
