2001 Ford Expedition engine rough idle and when driveing

I have changed fuel filter, and clean injectors. Engine light still stay on and continue torun rough.

I need you to take the car to a nationally recognized parts store and have them scan the computer for codes. Most will do it for free. Chances are you have a bad coil pack, but I can't be sure without having it scanned. Let me know what code they find and I'll tell you what to do next.

NOTE: If the light is on, there is a code stored.
