My rear windshield wiper works once in a while. How can I check to see if it's the wiper motor or the switch on the steering wheel?

Chances are both are okay. What I need you to do is remove the rear door panel and check the plug that supplies power to the motor. Chances are it is corroded and not making a good connection. Also, make sure the motor has a good ground. Often times from slaming the door shut, things come loose.

Let me know what you find.

Joe
PS: If everything looks good, make sure there is power getting to the motor using a test light, volt meter. If there is power and all connections are good, then you may need a new motor. If there is now power, check the switch.
