1998 Ford Expedition Only one of my wipers works

Currently only one of my wiper blades is working the other one just sort of twitches when I activate the windshield wipers.

You should be able to remove the wiper arm cover in front of your windshield. You should find an arm popped off. Its a ball-and-socket design so you may be able to just pop it back on.
