radiator fan

[b]I have a 1992 ford escort gt, and whenever i start the engine the radiator fan always runs. I have replaced the fan sensor on the thermostat housing, and the fan still runs. any help will be greatly appreciated. thank you.[/b]

Does the vehicle have A/C?

To expand on Indyuke's question, if the car has A/C and it is on, no matter what the engine fan will run as well. Make sure the a/c is off and see what happens. If that doesn't fix it sometimes there is yet another temp sensor that can activate the fan.
