To start with, the chances of a fuel pump blowing that breaker are slim and none. I hate that someone cost you that money for nothing.
Here is what that fuse powers. You will have to find out what is drawing too much current and blowing the fuse, or is shorted.
Power flows thru the CCRM and supplies power to all of the fuel injectors. It also supplies power to the EVAP canister Purge Valve, MASS air flow sensor, EGR Vacuum Regulator, and the Intake Manifold Runner Control solenoid along with the engine coolant temp sensor.
I know this pretty much means that most anything can be the problem. Let me ask you this, is there any engine codes? That might help you narrow down the field.
Short of that, I would start disconnecting things to see what is causing the fuse to blow. Another option is to take the car to a mechanic and have him track down the problem. I know it cost moeny, but it may be cheaper than just replacing parts that are not at fault.
