My car starts fine, tell you put it into drive then its starts to idle really low. Making the car shake a little. Drives ok tel you stop at a light. Then it trys to die. If you put it into Park its idles a little better. Then when you drive down the road Trans shifts like its suppose to. Then at about 45mph its will have loss of power and jerk or wont let you go over 45mph. Then after laying on the gas it will all of a suddon start working normal again. Then if you leave the battery hooked up over night it goes dead. Have replaced altinator and belt, Idle control valve(cleaned throttle-mass air flow), battery, Relay control module, and spark plugs, and wires. Please help?

Is the check engine light on? If so need to have it scanned for codes to help us see what direction to go in. The electrical draw may require a shop to fix, they can get pretty complex sometimes.
