I bought this car a couple days ago, and I noticed that after it is running idle for a period of time (like 10 mins) it is very sluggish on the next startup. I imediately gave it gas and it resumed normally. The next time I let it just run without giving it gas, it spuddered and evetually died. Afterwards, I have not been able to crank up since then. It sounds like it is not getting enough gas or something to that effect. It ran pretty well when I test drove it. This car was suppose to be for my mother-in-law! Please help!

Check the fuel pump pressure. May be a bad fuel pump, but have seen wires going to the pump also be bad. When you get too the pump connector, make sure there is power there. There is a stretch of wires that run under the paseenger florr are that corrodes if remember right.
