I'm having problems with the automatic transmission. I was drive along and stopped for gas. When I left the gas station. The transmission wouldn't shift out of fisrt, I let off the gas, then it shifted and the check engine ligth came on. The tranny was shifting odd after this.?

This could be a modulator valve or the electronic shift switch on the transmission

I seem to be having more problems. The speedometer dosn't work. My repair book is not telling me what to replace to fix it.
