Gears switch trans going but car do not move

If the trans is engaging and youre not moving but you feel the car binding like its stuck maybe the brakes are locked up. If it just sits like its in neutral, then one of the cv axles may have come out of the trans or the fluid is too low in the trans. If both are ok, then id say the trans is ready for a rebuild
