89 Escort GT 1.9L HO. This car is hard to start and when it does it runs rough for a second or 2 then the idle smooths out and idles fine for a second or 2 then goes back to running rough for a second or 2 then dies. Takes a while to get it started again. I have new fuel pump filter(I can hear the pump working). New plugs and wires(firing order is correct 1342) TFI module was checked it is still good. New fuel injectors and new air filter. Does anyone have any idea what it could be. ECU?

Check the engine coolant temperature sensor/idle air control motor/valve ISC and mass airflow sensor-to include the EGR valve

I have and they all seem to be working. If I spray starting fluid in it it will run just fine until the fluid is all gone so im guessing it just doesnt keep the fuel flowing maybe the pump I got is weak. Gona try checking the pressure. Thanks
