Engine won't start?

It seems like it is not getting gas possibly. did all of the maintenance as required by Ford. Is there a way to check and see if it is getting gas or not? Otherwise any suggestions on what to check or do about it not starting. already tried the fuel switch inside car

When you turn the key to the on position without cranking the engine over can you hear the fuel pump run in the tank for 5 seconds?
