I get no a/c or heat simply air flow. I can switch from vent, max ac, defroster, and get nothing. I used to get air only on HIGH setting. There is cool air when I drive at least 25mph, but only if I pick up speed.

This is a well documented issue with this car http://www.p71interceptor.com/blowerresistor/replace/ . I tried resolving the issue by cutting the wires of the old pig tail, stripped the ends, resoddered a new pigtail, and put heat shrink tubing around the soddered part. I replaced the blower motor resistor, they were both damaged in similar condition as the link listed.

The 30A fuse was blown and that was replaced. I still have no air, so I assume the next logical step is the blower motor fan. Is that a good place to look next?

Hehe.

So I found an online recommendation and it worked!

I took this giant metal flashlight with the car in the on position and smacked the blower motor, and it turned the fan on. So it's the blower motor woohoo. It's kind of amazing how everything resistor, pigtails, fuse, and motor all went out.
