my crown vic will not start,when I turn the key I don,t hear anything at all,nothing could it be a 20 amp fuse under the hood?or if it.s the starter where is it located,how many bolts to loosen,and what tools will I need.thank you I'm a starving collage student working my way through school.

list of things to do and check
Check battery and make sure it have enough power in it
check battery terminals making sure they clean and tight
check fuses and replace if any missing or blown
check and try to start in neutral or make sure its in park
check the starter solenoid on the fender by the battery
