IS the fuel pressure good?

The wiring harness right next to the ignition module bracket may rub thru the insulation and cause a no start. Pull up the ign. Module brackett and check the harness for rubbing the back side of the bracket where the nut that holds the module on is welded on.

Check that first and post back.

Couple notes on this car:

Also check for the coolant temp sensor and crank sensor connectors being put it opposite. They are exactly the same and are very close to each other. Although since it did run, this may not apply.

These are common for flywheels cracking and hitting the cranksensor.

What codes are stored in the computer?
Are the plugs gapped right?
Did you pull any back out to inspect conditions?
I hope you didn't use bosch plugs.

Recheck Fuse no. 4 goes to the pcm power relay and to the ignition coil. Be sure it is good.

Be sure the crank sensor is not damaged.
Inspect it.

Less likely, but may be worth verifying:
Check the timing to make sure it is still in time.

Compression test to make sure cylinders are still compressing

Check the fuel pressure to be sure it is in spec.
