I forgot to mention that after I turn the key on and it charges up it will run for a little while then cut off. Does this year have 2 fuel pumps? 1987 302. If it has 2 which one do I check first and how do I do it? Any help would be helpful. Thank you

The '87 Bronco has two fuel pumps. On in the tank (low pressure) and one(high pressure) right under the drivers seat underneath the car. It is very common to have a bad fuel pump. I would check the front one first. Some how get 12vots accross it and see if it pumps, also I had to repalce the fuel pump relay ($8) at auto parts store. Easy 2do.
