Is this a Bronco II? Has the check engine light come on? Was there water in the transmission when you changed it?

If it doesn't go into gear at all, I would double check your work on the trans service. Make sure the filter is attached properly. If it is, then you may need to have the computer checked for damage. If you had no water in it, something other than the trans is the problem. It wouldn't go out all at once.
