My 91 Bronco, 5.8L V8, 4x4, 115,000 miles seems to have problems starting and running in wet weather. I just bought it 3 weeks ago and this has already happened twice.

It sits outside and if it rains or is foggy overnight this is how my morning goes: starts fine, runs for about 1 minute then stalls. It will turn over after that, but it will not fire. The first time it happened I took it to my mechanic and after it sat in his garage for a day or two (and dried out) it started and ran fine. Cold weather doesn't seem to bother it, but wet weather does.

If it's an electrical problem, why will it start, stall, then not start again?

If it was wires, dist. Cap, coil etc, why would it start the first time then run for a minute before it stalls?
