I have replaced the battery and terminals and starter cylnoide and cranks over but not enough to start truck I did replace a relay when this happened before and it started ever since can't remember which relay it was. There are 3 to 4 relays to the wiring harness near the battery and side wall can you help me with what the name of the relay is or what else my problem could be, the battery I just replaced was over 4 yrs old needed to be replaced now just won't crank all the way over help!

If the starter isn't turning the engine over fast enough, it could be the starter relay or the starter itself. I would suggest removing the starter and having it bench tested at a local parts store. They will do it for free.

LEt me know what you find.
