Fuel pump relay burned out replaced it, it had no spark checked the module and the coil pack now it has spark but still wont fire. So what do you think is wrong.

Try replaceing the ignition control modual, If the spark osn't hot enogh or big enogh it won't start or run, you might also have trash in your fuel line, or some fords have a part called a body control modual, it causes the fuel pump to to pump enogh fuel to start it.
