Flashers work blinkers do not

I was wiring up trailer lights to this truck and when I was done I had no turn signals to the to the truck. Replace the flasher unit under the dash and had no results same thing. Flashers hazard work and turn signals don't. I'm curious because there was nothing turned onto the switch for the blinkers was never turned on. Curious what to look for next if it was a fuse wouldn't fuse keep the flashers from working as well?

Hi,

There are actually two different fuses for the system. The one under the hood is for the hazard lights and has power at all times. The one for the turn signals is under the dash and only has power when the key is on.

I attached two pics below. The first shows wiring to the switches and where the power comes from. The second pic shows power to the fuse under the dash (fuse 3) location. Check both of the fuses I circled in pic 1.

In addition to checking the fuse, make sure there is power to them. Here is a link you may find helpful:
