2007 Fiat Siena 4 cyl Manual

I have a 1.4L engine, 77 horses and I want his mount a 16-valve cylinder heads. I want to ask if you need to change and the injection, induction coil, the central software or else the engine to work properly? I am a mechanic circle fiat. Thank you
