Feels like stuttering or pause

Feel like stuttering or pause when take off with pressing gas but after few seconds then it runs good. I did tune up and still has same problem.

check fuel pressure. start there

Looks good and still and by the way i notice when i put in neutral its acceleray fine from idle so what you think?
