If you have 200 lbs of oil pressure, I can't believe the oil filter hasn't ruptured. If that is the case, the relief valve, which is built into the oil pump, must not be working.

I just reviewed your post. Is the pressure low or extremely high? If it is 200 lbs, that is EXTREMELY high. Let me know. Also, let me know if you checked pressure with a mechanical gauge.

Can the valve be changed or would it be best to just change the oil pump.

With labor, it would cost more to replace the valve. I would recommend replacing the pump. By the way, is the pressure that high? If so, check the oil filter to make sure it isn't damaged or leaking.
