A couple of months ago I took it to the shop because my radiator went bad and had them replace it. After they replaced it and I took it home I notice to that whenever I would turn the heat on it would randomly make a very loud noise like the fan was messed up. They told me it was a relay so I replaced it. The very loud noise coming from the fan continued after I replaced it. Now today I turned my air conditioning on and notice to that same very loud noise continued and is louder with the air conditioning on. When I turn the heat on the noise is not as loud and it stops after a small period of time. Did the shop mess something up or is there something else wrong. I've already talked to the shop and they just keep saying it is the relays.

Good afternoon,

This sounds like the blower fan in the dash that controls the air flow is making noise.

Did they hear this sound?

Can you upload a video of the noise for me to hear?

Roy

Here's a video of the sound. For the heater it's the same sound but it doesn't always come on and not as loud. I had shown the shop the noise for the heater, but not the air conditioning.

Thank you.

This sounds like the cooling fan motor for the radiator.

Open the hood and look at the fan by the radiator and see if there is anything stuck in the blades.

Probably saw it but did not want to deal with it.

You should remove it.
