The exhaust manifold of the engine turns to color red cause of heat we only overhaul that engine and we cancel the balancer inside the block I need your help please

Have a pro scan for codes and see if it's running to lean.

Possible clogged converter lean or rich condition maybe secondary air system not working as well if it has it.
