The engine idles fine, but when I give it a little gas it whistles. The whistle sounds like it is coming from the area of the throttle body and beneath the coil pack. It is somewhere between the two on the back side of the engine, and it sounds like a vacuum leak of some kind. I changed all of the rubber gaskets accessible from the PVC valve to the back of the engine.

Pull engine cover and disconnect air duct from throttle look around there for any hoses off and maybe a crack on inlet someplace. Check where arrow is in picture as that piece is plastic and a lot of times it gets broken off from throttle body.

I changed the plumbing from the PCV to the throttle body and the issue still exists. I'll wait until I change the other plasticpiping and gaskets to see if this fixes the problem. The whistling is getting worse

If it's getting worse have a local mechanic take a peek as we can't hear it. If it's that obvious
