Engine run rough when I first start it up

When I start the car the little yellow engine light stays on, about a minute I hear a squealing sound coming from under the hood then a big yellow engine pop up along with service engine soon now engine missing real bad. The big yellow engine light is off but small engine stays on. I pull up these codes po363=p1343=p1351=p1345. I took the car to a shop they said that they put in new plugs and three coils but I got the same problem. Yellow engine light and missing.

All the codes are referring to misfires in one way or another. You need to take it back to that shop and they need to do some real diagnostic work to determine the cause of the misfires and not just throw more parts at it.
