So around 100,000 miles I get a chirping squeak in the front end. Around 101,000 to 102,000 I had to replace both cam sensors. It has been cold out and this is when I began to hear the sound. It is not a slipping sound like a belt that is okay, but it is more in front and on top of the engine.
