Engine will not start inspected timing belt it was broken. Replaced belt set timing to specs. Engine runs rough took compression, check 160 lbs in one cylinder 0 compression in the other cylinders.

The 2.0L is an "interference" engine. If the timing belt was not replaced at the recommended interval, and it broke, the valves are going to be bent and will need to be replaced. When the camshaft stopped spinning, the valves for one cylinder were closed, so they were saved. That is the cylinder that still has compression.
