2006 Suzuki Forenza Repair Question

Wont start
2006 suzuki forenza won't start. Makes a very loud buzzing sound. There is no spark even when jump started it won't start.

Do you know where the buzzing sound is coming from, have you heard it before? Have you checked the fuses? Does starter turn the engine but it just doesn't start?

No the engine doesn't start nothing happens. Checking the fuses now.

The beeping sound is coming from near the dash.

How are the fuses inside the car and under the hood? Do you hear clicking/click(s) when you attempt to start it?
