My Toyota Hilux Surf SSR-G Cranks but does not start. I installed 2 brand new batteries and a new second-hand glow plug too. It still does not start. A mechanic checked it and said there was air in the fuel so I'll bleed it. PLEASE HELP ME!

should be 38-44 psi with key on engine off but has to be activated by a scanner and you may need adapters to take it.

Checked the fuel lines. Fuel runs in and out of the fuel pump but there is no fuel running from the fuel pump and in the injectors. Removed the lines and pumped and there was nothing coming out. Is there something wrong with the pump?
