Emergency key access code

Techs, is there a emergency key access code for the vehicle listed above? If so, where do I obtain the code? If the immobilizer isn't functioning. Also, I'm sure this issue of vehicular intrusions is with the Manheim local community because I was working there from labor ready. And it seems as though the issue of shift handles and fob keys are the thing in stealing. Guys, seriously I'm not involved in key thievery. I am at this age. Thanks.
