Possible bad BCM

Love this car, but started with radio lights flicker every 3 to 4 seconds but radio works fine. Rear defroster button also appears to flicker, in cabin lighting fine. Wipers work intermittently. Door locks cycle also every 3 to 4 seconds to locked position even though doors are locked already. A/C cycles from dash to floor to defrost outlet. Starting to think not bad grounds but BCM. Help

Yes, this does sound like a internal short in the BCM. In the diagrams down below I have included the factory instructions for the removal and installation of your vehicle's Body Control Module (BCM). Please go through this guide and get back to us with what you are able to find out.
