I tried replacing a fuse, sparks flew with a 1-2inch radius as I didnt disconnect the battery and was using metal tools to assist me. Trying a new fuse yet againg, after failing, I realised my illuminated entry wasnt working, my fuel gauge was dropping 50km-100km of potential distance in minutes, my headlight highbeam indicator wasnt coming on and my rear window defogger light or system isnt working Im not sure which one, noise is made, but no light.

ARe my o2 sensors ok, does the problem go deeper than replacing the circuit board? I checked the fuses visually not with a volt meter, they all seem to be fine

It sounds like you have a direct short someplace maybe in that circuit you tried replacing fuse either at door where wire may have fallen off or if something has been connected to that circuit. Or it damaged the body module and or the fuse box.
