Eco idle yellow light is blinking

Battery power consume.
Battery going down after three days.
Car generator supply is okay.
DC volt 13.8 providing.
Where consumers power?
What can I check in my car?

Electrical power drains are usually due to an electrical component not shutting off. It could be a faulty relay, control unit or accessories. You need to locate the source and the most common way of going about is to use an ammeter to connect between the battery negative terminal and ground. Note the drainage and start pulling the fuses one by one and the one that eliminates the drainage is the circuit to check.

Eco idle is blink yellow and off. Hybrid battery is only two points charge. No charging and not working idle stop.
Hybrid battery is damaged because some rain water appears in interior car.
Can I change Hybrid battery?

It does sounds like the battery is the issue, but to be sure can you run the codes to see what comes up. Here is a guide though I am not sure if this is how you can get codes on your car (euro).
